Why I created this
I looked around and saw
the same woman everywhere.
She was capable. Generous. Reliable. The person everyone turned to.
And she was exhausted. Not because she was weak, but because she had never once been taught to prioritise herself. To treat her own energy as something worth protecting.
I saw her in boardrooms and doctors waiting rooms, in retail stores and offices. I saw her at my events and in my inbox. She was giving everything she had to her job, her family and her friends. Waiting for someone to notice. Waiting for things to ease up. Waiting for someone to finally show up for her.
